Data Rich List Views
With one glance, you can see where all your clients are in the process along with key data points instead of just a plain boring, not helpful layout.
List View Breakdown
Messages: Will let you know if there are any NEW SMS or Portal Messages
Billing: Tells you which type of billing profile they have
Next Pull: The data you will need to pull their next credit report (based on the due-in counter)
Started: The data they were added as a Client
Agent: The Agent the Client has been assigned to
Stage in Process: Much like it sounds - You can easily see where they are!
Progress: Easy to see progress bar based on how far along they are
Email Button: Quickly send a one-off email right from the list view
SMS Button: Open a SMS conversation with one click
Quick Client View
One of the coolest features of our new Client List, is the ability to "Quick View" while still on the page instead of having to open each clients file one at a time to check status updates. Just click the BLUE DOWN ARROW next to their name to reveal more information!
Cool Buttons That Do Stuff..
Some additional features are located at the top of the grid
Buttons Breakdown (from top to bottom)
Save Search: You can "Save" several different types of searches you do on a regular basis
Mass Update: Select checkboxes next to clients, then perform an action like "Assign all to Agent Mary"
My Clients Only: If you have multiple Agents, this will show them ONLY the Clients they are Assigned to
Quick Email: Select multiple Clients in the list, and then send them all an email with one click!
Archive: Client no longer active or is complete? Send them to the Archive list
Display Number: Want to see more than 30 results? Change the drop-down to show more on one page

Multiple sorting options on the top of almost every column of data so you can get what you need faster!
What Each Dropdown is For:
Processing Issue: Internal Status for you to categorize this Client
Sales Rep: add if there is one that needs credit for the sale
Status: this places them in different sections on the main clients grid page
Folder: for you to organize Clients for reports/searching
Assigned To: IMPORTANT - select the Agent in charge of this client, triggers on-boarding
Affiliate / Referral: Select if applicable
Advanced Search
Looking for something more specific? Used the Advanced Search to generate a list of matching results.

Search by Name, Email or Phone Number
Search by Date Range
Search by Processing Issue
Filter by Folder
Filter by Stage in Process

Filter by Affiliate, Sales Rep or Assigned Agent
Saved Searches
Once you have done an "Advanced Search" you can SAVE that search, and then next time you can simply click ONE button and run that exact same search again!
