Setting Up Your Email
Automations, Direct Email and Notifications
We use Sendgrid to make sure all your emails actually get delivered!
We Use SendGrid for Your System Emails
Using SendGrid for all your SYSTEM email communications will almost guarantee delivery and allow you to use your DOMAIN NAME so your branding is always present for your client.

You can create a FREE account that allows you to send up to 100 emails a day.
Won't I Need More Than "Free" 100 Emails Per Day?
Ultimately yes, but remember these ONLY count for emails that are Automated from your system to Clients you are on-boarding and any Lead Campaigns, so until you reach around 50 active clients, it won't cost you anything (and at that point it will be a drop in the bucket).

NOTE: Incase you were wondering, no, we don't make a penny on SendGrid email accounts, this is just the best way to get the job done right.
Create a SendGrid Account (it's free :)
Step 4: Generated IDs
You should now see something similar to the graphic on the left with all your custom generated logins and ID's.

Now you will need to go back to DisputeFox and go to:
SETTINGS > EMAIL & SMS > EMAIL CONFIGURATION

There you will click the "Add New Email Configuration"
Enter Your SendGrid Details in DisputeFox
On the top system navigation menu - go to "Settings" then "Email and SMS" then "Email Configuration"
DOMAIN NAME
Enter your domain name on the first line. eg: mydomainname.com

There is no need to add the "WWW" or "HTTP://"

SMTP HOST:
smtp.sendgrid.net

PORT:
465

SMTP LOGIN:
apikey

SMTP PASSWORD:
this is the long string of characters - just copy and paste it in.
Email Schedule
Here you can set what hours of the day you want automated emails to be active / send out.

You can set it anytime you like but typically most set it from 08:00 (8am) to 22:00 (10pm).

Use Military Time Format

Email Start Time:
08:00

Email End Time:
22:00
Final Step - Verify it Works
Now that all the credentials are installed, lets do a simple test to confirm your email is now connected with you domain.
