Preview & Launch
On each customer’s “Documents” tab, will be a section for the Notary Service. Click to Preview the Document, agree to the price, and if you have enough credits, a “Get Started” email will be automatically sent to your client
Client Starts the Process
When customer gets the email, they click “Get Started” (or watch the walkthrough video first). They will be asked to upload or take a photo of their Drivers License or Photo ID front and back, and then answer some security questions.
Live Video Call with Notary
The customer will click a button to start the live video call session and be guided through the signing by the Notary. They will adopt a digital signature and the Notary will add their official notarization stamp for the Power of Attorney.
Signed & Delivered!
Once the document is signed and notarized, the session will end, and the finalized document will be automatically added to the Documents Tab. You will also be able to choose to include this document when building letters along with other “Required Docs”
